Miller Sprayers

The Miller Nitro 4000 series offers a turning radius of 4.6 m and a height clearance of 1.83 m, enabling farmers to make critical late season applications in tall crops. This front mounted boom ensures high working speeds, extended component life and adaptability to all field types. The front mount design also ensures exceptional visibility of each nozzle and provides dust free delivery of spray to crops. The robust front mounted boom– in sizes up to 36 m - can be detached, which means this machine is suitable for multiple tasks. Either a Macdon Swather, or a Nitrogen Injection Toolbar can be attached to the sprayer for various applications. The Nitro’s Hydralink Hydraulic suspension, which provides excellent stability, is designed to improve spraying accuracy, reduce stress and fatigue and to improve operator comfort. This suspension system also keeps the wheels firmly on the ground, resulting in optimal traction and minimal soil compaction. Tank sizes available on these machines are between 3785 L and 6056 L, stainless steel or poly.

Quantum Sprayers

QUANTUM sprayers are available in trailed or mounted versions. There is a wide range available from 600litres with a 4m boom up to Full Hydraulic – Full Electric 3000litre sprayers with a 30m boom. These sprayers are also equipped with Trapeziums which contribute to the stability of the booms. Pump delivery 50 – 100 litres per minute. Mainly equipped with diaphragm pumps. Various extras are available on these machines for example Trelliborgh tyres, mixers, Foam Markers.
